- On completion/signature of the pet registration form, it will be deemed the client has accepted the terms and conditions of Petscapades.
- You must contact me as soon as possible if your dates of care change or for any cancellation.
- For key collection/drop off or any other extra trip to the property (excluding the initial consultation) a £5 charge applies. All work carried out over Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday carries a 50% surcharge. Emergency/evening work also carries a 50% surcharge.
- You must declare any illness/conditions your pet has. You must also declare any treatment or medication they are receiving.
- The client will provide all food and items to ensure the pet is well provided for. Petscapades will provide poop bags.
- Your dog must be wearing an identification tag whilst in my care. I will also attach a tag with my contact details to your dogs collar whilst out walking.
- I will keep your dog on lead if necessary for their safety or to comply with rules and regulations regarding livestock.
- Owners are liable for any damage caused by their pet to Petscapades property (this may be covered by owners/pet insurance).
- Petscapades will charge the client the agreed rate per visit (cat/small animal care) or per walk/session.
- No dogs registered under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 will be accepted into my care. I am also unable to take on any dogs with a history of biting or attacking humans or other animals.
- The client is responsible for all veterinary bills (however incurred) during your pets time with me. As your pets welfare is my priority, I will take your pet to see a vet and will make decisions regarding medical treatment on the veterinarians advice if I deem it necessary.
- Whilst Petscapades is fully insured and I make every effort to ensure your pet is cared for with my usual high standards, I cannot be held liable for loss. injury or death.
- Payment is kindly requested within 7 days of invoice.
